Section 18
Disposition versions
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $64.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $641 per year;
(2) for stable names: $34.75 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $62.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $622 per year;
(2) for stable names: $33.75 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $60.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $604 per year;
(2) for stable names: $32.75 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $59.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $590 per year;
(2) for stable names: $31.75 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $58.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $584 per year;
(2) for stable names: $31.25 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $57.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $573 per year;
(2) for stable names: $30.25 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $56.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $561 per year;
(2) for stable names: $29.25 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $55.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $553 per year;
(2) for stable names: $28.75 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $54.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $545 per year;
(2) for stable names: $28.25 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $53.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $538 per year;
(2) for stable names: $27.75 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $52.50 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $529 per year;
(2) for stable names: $27.25 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $52 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $524 per year;
(2) for stable names: $27 at the time of registration.
18. The fee prescribed for the registration provided for in section 87 of the Act is the following:
(1) for a stallion, for which registration is provided for by the Rules respecting the breeding of Québec Standardbred race horses (chapter C-72.1, r. 6):
(a) if the duly completed prescribed form and the prescribed fee is sent to the board not later than 15 January of each year and if the other documents and data required for the registration are also registered not later than 15 March of each year: $51 per year;
(b) if the conditions referred to in subparagraph a are not met within the required deadline: $514 per year;
(2) for stable names: $26 at the time of registration.
